What you will do: TWe are looking to hire a Product Manager, Fastpitch, who will own and drive the performance of the fastpitch softball category—leading product strategy, development, and execution across the full lifecycle. This role sits at the center of the business, translating consumer insights and market opportunities into commercially successful products.

This role will be responsible for building and managing the category roadmap, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring all products are delivered on time, on cost, and aligned with brand standards. Acting as the primary point of contact across cross-functional teams—including design, sourcing, sales, and marketing—you will ensure alignment from concept through commercialization.

This role will also contribute to broader Diamond Sports category initiatives and provide administrative and product support across the larger team as business needs require.

This role will require travelling to company sponsored events with overnight stays and also needs to be able to travel internationally (passport and able to obtain Visas).

What you will do: The Senior Quality Assurance and Testing Specialist will support our busy QA/QC department. This role will be responsible for overseeing product - safety - related testing, remediating with vendors as required to assure 100% compliance with all US Federal, State and major account regulations. In addition, the Senior Quality Assurance and Testing Specialist will provide a variety of QA support duties to the Product Management team on all aspects of a product life cycle, and ensure that all incoming products meet shipment compliance with Federal and State regulations. This critical role requires a detailed person to ensure all items are handled in a timely manner.
